Assisting in the daily administration tasks of the office.Track record of verifying delivery information, for instance names, addresses, and contact numbersCompetent at planning and following the most resourceful routes for tasksProven record of collecting essential payments and signatures from customersAbility to record package delivery information, for example time of delivery and recipient’s nameProfound ability to communicate verbally with customers in a professional mannerAble to complete paperwork accurately and completelyDedicated and meticulous – high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements for the Office Messenger Job
Minimum of a Certificate/ DiplomaCertificate of Good Conduct.Experience of working for corporate/company as a messenger, working in a law firm is an advantageGood geographical knowledge of Nairobi and its environs.Of high repute and integrity with strong clients handling skills.Must have the ability to prioritize task and interpersonal skillsMust be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environmentMust be able to perform any other duty than may be assigned from time to time.

Boma International Hospitality College (BIHC) is hiring an Accounts Assistant who will be reporting to the Finance Officer.
Responsible to the Finance Officer for effective management of accounts receivable and accounts payable, including the maintenance, review and updating the same in accordance with the policy. Specific responsibilities include raising customer invoices and emailing statement of account to customers; review and process credit memos; reconcile customer receivable and payable balances; review daily cash receipts and allocate payments against specific transactions; post supplier invoices and process payments.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance plus CPA (II) or equivalent qualifications
Over two (2) years’ experience in financial accounting in a learning institution
